Fat: 20.43g | Prot: 66.95g | Carb: 77.78g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Chia Seed, quaker 100 cal oatmeal. Lunch:  banana, chia seed, frozen raspberries, spinach. Dinner:  boneless chicken breast. Snacks/Other:  100 cal almond walnut, baby carrots, cucumber, friendly farms cottage cheese, Vitality Superboost.
