Fat: 23.26g | Prot: 47.43g | Carb: 109.48g.   Breakfast:  Granulated Sugar, Semi-Skimmed Milk, Weetabix. Lunch:  3-2-1 Summer Strawberry Shake, Chicken Noodle & Vegetable Slim A Soup. Dinner:  Bread Everyday, Poached Egg (with Salt). Snacks/Other:  Tap Water, Tea with Milk.
