Fat: 66.20g | Prot: 152.48g | Carb: 237.24g.   Breakfast:  100% Whey Protein - Natural Flavor, Bananas, Pecan Nuts, Quinoa, cooked, virgin olive oil. Lunch:  almonds (whole, raw), Baby Spinach, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Broccoli, Cherry Tomatoes, Frozen Blackberries, Kale, Milk (Nonfat), Unsweetened Frozen Raspberries, Very Low Sodium Chunk White Albacore Tuna in Water. Dinner:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, Cooked Young Green Onion (from Fresh), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Milk (Nonfat), sweet potato. Snacks/Other:  hard boiled egg, oranges.
