Fat: 20.80g | Prot: 88.12g | Carb: 62.99g.   Breakfast:  whey protein, Nutriday Nonfat Strawberry Yogurt, Tap Water, Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Sugar. Lunch:  Tuna in Water (Canned), pyotts cracker b, Mayonnaise. Dinner:  buns, Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten).
