Fat: 20.80g | Prot: 88.12g | Carb: 62.99g.   Breakfast:  Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Nutriday Nonfat Strawberry Yogurt, Sugar, Tap Water, whey protein. Lunch:  Mayonnaise, pyotts cracker b, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  buns, Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten).
