Fat: 15.44g | Prot: 90.55g | Carb: 170.91g.   Breakfast:  Sugar, Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Nutriday Nonfat Strawberry Yogurt, whey protein. Lunch:  Tuna in Water (Canned), Mayonnaise, pyotts cracker b. Dinner:  Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), rice. Snacks/Other:  Tap Water, Pepsi Max (Can), whey protein, Wine Gums, banana, apple.
