Fat: 15.44g | Prot: 90.55g | Carb: 170.91g.   Breakfast:  Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Nutriday Nonfat Strawberry Yogurt, Sugar, whey protein. Lunch:  Mayonnaise, pyotts cracker b, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), rice. Snacks/Other:  apple, banana, Pepsi Max (Can), Tap Water, whey protein, Wine Gums.
