Fat: 40.54g | Prot: 107.17g | Carb: 254.28g.   Breakfast:  Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Nutriday Nonfat Strawberry Yogurt, Sugar, Tap Water, whey protein. Lunch:  buns, Grilled Chicken (Skin Not Eaten), three bean salad. Dinner:  Boiled Egg, corn, Hake Fish Fingers, three bean salad. Snacks/Other:  water, Wine Gums.
