Lunch:  Italian Sausage, Quest Chocolate Brownie. Dinner:  Cooked Cowpeas, Field Peas or Blackeye Peas, Safeway Red Baby Potatoes, Sweet Potato. Snacks/Other:  GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein - Strawberry, Nerds (Box), Reduced Fat Cappuccino.
