Lunch:  Shrimp Pad Thai. Dinner:  Atlantic Salmon (Farmed), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Butter, Hard Cider. Snacks/Other:  Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice.
