Fat: 42.95g | Prot: 62.99g | Carb: 214.51g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Grapes, Millville Quick Cook Steel Cut Oats, Skippy Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter, Starbucks Skinny Caramel Macchiato (Venti). Lunch:  Panera Bread French Baguette (Side Portion), Panera Bread Fuji Apple Chicken Salad (Half), Panera Bread Tuna Salad Sandwich on Honey Wheat Bread (Half). Dinner:  Sargento Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Valley Fresh Steamers Pasta and Vegetables with Alfredo Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Fuji Apples.
