Fat: 69.85g | Prot: 78.67g | Carb: 243.62g.   Breakfast:  Starbucks Skinny Caramel Macchiato (Venti), Bananas, Almonds, International Delight French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, Quaker Instant Oatmeal - Express Golden Brown Sugar. Lunch:  Fiber One 90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Peanut Butter, Turkey Breast & Provolone Spinach Wrap, Bob Evans Vinegar & Oil Dressing (Side). Dinner:  I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Light Vegetable Oil Spread, Birds Eye Steamfresh Roasted Red Potatoes and Green Beans, Uncle Ben's Natural Whole Grain Brown Rice (Container), Banquet Brown 'n Serve Turkey Sausage Links, Finely Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Mrs. Fields White Chunk Macadamia Cookies (28g).
