Lunch:  Bob Evans Vinegar & Oil Dressing (Side), Fiber One 90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Peanut Butter, Turkey Breast & Provolone Spinach Wrap. Dinner:  Banquet Brown 'n Serve Turkey Sausage Links, Birds Eye Steamfresh Roasted Red Potatoes and Green Beans, Finely Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Light Vegetable Oil Spread, Uncle Ben's Natural Whole Grain Brown Rice (Container). Snacks/Other:  Almonds, Mrs. Fields White Chunk Macadamia Cookies (28g).
