Dinner:  brown onion, butter beans, butternut squash, Buttery, celery, courgette, Hovis Wholemeal Thick, leek, stock cubed, turmeric & garam masala & chilli, zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Cadbury's Bournville Classic Dark Chocolate Bar, Herbal Tea (Other Than Chamomile, Brewed), Stem Ginger Oat Biscuits, Water.
