Fat: 47.52g | Prot: 78.51g | Carb: 192.98g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Whole Grain Tortillas. Lunch:  Broccoli, Brown Rice, Cottonseed Oil, Egg, Firm Tofu, Garlic, Scallions or Spring Onions, Soy Sauce. Dinner:  Buckwheat Groats (Dry Roasted), Carrots, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Egg, Garlic, Mushrooms, Olive Oil, Onions. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Cucumber (with Peel), Fiber One Chewy Bars, Granny Smith Apples, Light Creamy Swiss Cheese.
