Fat: 47.52g | Prot: 78.51g | Carb: 192.98g.   Breakfast:  Whole Grain Tortillas, Egg. Lunch:  Brown Rice, Firm Tofu, Broccoli, Egg, Cottonseed Oil, Soy Sauce, Garlic, Scallions or Spring Onions. Dinner:  Egg, Carrots, Mushrooms, Olive Oil, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Buckwheat Groats (Dry Roasted), Onions, Garlic. Snacks/Other:  Fiber One Chewy Bars, Granny Smith Apples, Light Creamy Swiss Cheese, Cucumber (with Peel), Bananas.
