Fat: 19.50g | Prot: 50.98g | Carb: 167.59g.   Breakfast:  blueberry pop tart, coffee, coffeemate. Lunch:  subway salad, Turkey Breast Salad. Dinner:  kraft light zesty italian, romaine salad, tuna. Snacks/Other:  Light Fat Free Peach Yogurt, starbucks java chip frapp.
