Fat: 74.21g | Prot: 147.75g | Carb: 246.57g.   Breakfast:  Skim Milk, Arnold whole wheat bread, Butterball Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, country crock light. Lunch:  hellmans light mayo pack, Sliced Pepper jack cheese, chick-fil-a bagel, chick-fil-a chargrilled chicken , large fruit cup, roasted nut topping. Dinner:  Arnold Whole Wheat Bread, Peter Pan Peanut Butter, Sliced Deli Ham, 1 large egg boiled, Hellman's light MAyo, Olive Oil, Skim Milk. Snacks/Other:  Chick-fil-A Chicken Nuggets, Chick-fil-A Chocolate Chunk Granola Cookie.
