Fat: 74.21g | Prot: 147.75g | Carb: 246.57g.   Breakfast:  Arnold whole wheat bread, Butterball Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, country crock light, Skim Milk. Lunch:  chick-fil-a bagel, chick-fil-a chargrilled chicken , hellmans light mayo pack, large fruit cup, roasted nut topping, Sliced Pepper jack cheese. Dinner:  1 large egg boiled, Arnold Whole Wheat Bread, Hellman's light MAyo, Olive Oil, Peter Pan Peanut Butter, Skim Milk, Sliced Deli Ham. Snacks/Other:  Chick-fil-A Chicken Nuggets, Chick-fil-A Chocolate Chunk Granola Cookie.
