Fat: 32.04g | Prot: 94.79g | Carb: 151.20g.   Breakfast:  Oranges, Oats Cereal (without Salt, Cooked with Water, Unenriched), Milk (Nonfat), Sweeteners (Saccharin), Extra Light Margarine. Lunch:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Grape Juice Drink (Canned). Dinner:  Chinese Cabbage, Winter Squash, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Chicken Drumstick (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Vegetable Beef Soup (Prepared with Water), Crispy Crunch, Plain Yoghurt (Lowfat).
