Fat: 32.04g | Prot: 94.79g | Carb: 151.20g.   Breakfast:  Extra Light Margarine, Milk (Nonfat), Oats Cereal (without Salt, Cooked with Water, Unenriched), Oranges, Sweeteners (Saccharin). Lunch:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Grape Juice Drink (Canned), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Dinner:  Chicken Drumstick (Skin Not Eaten), Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Chinese Cabbage, Winter Squash. Snacks/Other:  Crispy Crunch, Plain Yoghurt (Lowfat), Vegetable Beef Soup (Prepared with Water).
