Lunch: Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Grape Juice Drink (Canned), Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots). Dinner: Chicken Drumstick (Skin Not Eaten), Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten), Chinese Cabbage, Winter Squash. Snacks/Other: Crispy Crunch, Plain Yoghurt (Lowfat), Vegetable Beef Soup (Prepared with Water).
