Fat: 50.68g | Prot: 77.59g | Carb: 92.25g.   Breakfast:  coffee, egg, ezekiel raisin bread, fennel, grated parmesian, tomato, turkey bacon. Lunch:  ham and cheese quiche, onion soup. Dinner:  bell pepper, cannned tomatoes, grated parmesian, polenta, Sundried Tomato Chicken Sausage, wine, zucchini. Snacks/Other:  greek yogurt.
