Exceeded my adjusted,2500, RDI one day. But did not go over my recommended,3100, RDI. Walked 18 holes at ADO for the 1st time in over 30 years.

Fat: 102.44g | Prot: 81.07g | Carb: 222.81g.   Breakfast:  Green Chili Sauce, cheddar cheese, eggs scrambled, potato fried, Tortilla Burrito, Sopapilla, Honey. Dinner:  cheese, Pizza Sauce, Thin Crust Pizza Dough, Gallo Pepperoni. Snacks/Other:  Babybel Mozzarella, Apple, Vodka, Oil Popped White Popcorn, Bud Light Beer, Special K Pastry Crisps - Strawberry.
