Exceeded my adjusted,2500, RDI one day. But did not go over my recommended,3100, RDI. Walked 18 holes at ADO for the 1st time in over 30 years.

Fat: 102.44g | Prot: 81.07g | Carb: 222.81g.   Breakfast:  cheddar cheese, eggs scrambled, Green Chili Sauce, Honey, potato fried, Sopapilla, Tortilla Burrito. Dinner:  cheese, Gallo Pepperoni, Pizza Sauce, Thin Crust Pizza Dough. Snacks/Other:  Apple, Babybel Mozzarella, Bud Light Beer, Oil Popped White Popcorn, Special K Pastry Crisps - Strawberry, Vodka.
