Fat: 68.28g | Prot: 69.46g | Carb: 180.49g.   Breakfast:  Taco or Tostada with Beef, Cheese and Lettuce, Refried Beans with Cheese, Enchilada with Cheese and Beef. Dinner:  sour cream, tortilla, cheese, onion, red bell pepper, Chicken, sour cream, tortilla, cheese, onion, red bell pepper, Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Rice Cakes - Caramel Corn, Sugar Free Grape Drink Mix, Bud Light Lime, Bud Light Beer, Vodka, Special K Pastry Crisps - Strawberry.
