Fat: 35.16g | Prot: 108.77g | Carb: 235.68g.   Lunch:  cherry tomatoes, Micellar Casein strawberry, Oakham Chicken Skinless Breast Fillets, Real Mayonnaise (with free range eggs), salad. Dinner:  bisto, blueberries, butter, carrot, coconut oil, crumpet, frozen brussel sprouts, Oakham Chicken Skinless Breast Fillets, parsnip, sweet potato. Snacks/Other:  honey, Scotch Pancake.
