Dinner:  bisto, blueberries, butter, carrot, coconut oil, leerdammer, magnum mini, Oakham Chicken Skinless Breast Fillets, parsnip, sprouts, sweet potato. Snacks/Other:  carte d'or, Fruit Cake.
