Fat: 85.17g | Prot: 184.62g | Carb: 117.89g.   Lunch:  Cherry Tomatoes, Micellar Casein strawberry, Mixed Salad Greens, Oakham Chicken Skinless Breast Fillets, Real Mayonnaise (with free range eggs). Dinner:  bisto, blueberries, butter, cauliflower, coconut oil, greek yogurt, leerdammer, Oakham Chicken Skinless Breast Fillets, sprouts, syntrax nectar, zucchini. Snacks/Other:  85% Cocoa Plain Chocolate, tim tam.
