Fat: 77.63g | Prot: 169.61g | Carb: 32.81g.   Breakfast:  scivation xtend. Lunch:  cherry tomatoes, egg, egg white, oakham chicken, Sacla sun dried tomato pesto, salad. Dinner:  bisto gravy, butter, frozen brussel sprouts, lee, New Zealand lamb leg steak, oakham chicken, peanut butter, promax, Sugar free jelly, zucchini.
