Fat: 57.61g | Prot: 177.80g | Carb: 161.74g.   Lunch:  egg, salad, egg white, cherry tomatoes, Oakham Chicken Skinless Breast Fillets, barbecue sauce. Dinner:  sprouts, coconut oil, butter, carrot, parsnip, Winter squash, sweet potato, onion, Oakham Chicken Skinless Breast Fillets, magnum almond. Snacks/Other:  leerdammer, protopure cranberry and white chocolate flavour.
