Fat: 105.33g | Prot: 131.82g | Carb: 47.60g.   Breakfast:  egg, coconut oil, mushroom, organic beef steak, co-op truly irresistible bacon . Lunch:  salad, tomato, sea bass, cucumber, coleslaw. Dinner:  marks and spencer aberdeen angus burger, lean chicken breast, leerdammer, Butternut Winter Squash, carrot, parsnip.
