Fat: 105.33g | Prot: 131.82g | Carb: 47.60g.   Breakfast:  coconut oil, co-op truly irresistible bacon , egg, mushroom, organic beef steak. Lunch:  coleslaw, cucumber, salad, sea bass, tomato. Dinner:  Butternut Winter Squash, carrot, lean chicken breast, leerdammer, marks and spencer aberdeen angus burger, parsnip.
