Lunch:  Tomatoes, Cucumber (Peeled), Green Leaf Lettuce, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Litehouse Foods Organic Ranch Dressing, Hill Country Fare Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Perdue Thin Sliced Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Muscle Milk Chocolate Milk Protein Shake (11 oz), Onions, Zucchini, Yellow Summer Squash, Green Peppers, Red Sweet Pepper, Yellow Sweet Peppers, Carrots, Cooked Garlic. Snacks/Other:  Nestle Raisinets, Coffee, Water, Planters Mixed Nuts with Sea Salt, International Delight Cold Stone Creamery Sweet Cream Coffee Creamer, Sugar.
