Lunch:  Cucumber (Peeled), Green Leaf Lettuce, Hill Country Fare Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Litehouse Foods Organic Ranch Dressing, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Tomatoes. Dinner:  Carrots, Cooked Garlic, Green Peppers, Muscle Milk Chocolate Milk Protein Shake (11 oz), Onions, Perdue Thin Sliced Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Red Sweet Pepper, Yellow Summer Squash, Yellow Sweet Peppers, Zucchini.
