Fat: 66.52g | Prot: 92.39g | Carb: 306.31g.   Breakfast:  Anlene Milk (Low Fat High Calcium), Cheddar or American Cheese (Reduced Fat, Pasteurized), Bananas, Milo, wholemeal bread, Meat, Fried Rice, Potato. Lunch:  Tom Yum, Milo, Dry Bread. Dinner:  Beef soup, Beef Boiled.
