Breakfast: 1% Fat Milk, Blueberries, cereal. Lunch: Cos or Romaine Lettuce , Light Balsamic Vinaigrette, Smoked or Cured Ham, Swiss Cheese , White Bean Soup. Dinner: 0% Plain Greek Yogurt, Broiled Tomatoes, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Tomato Soup. Snacks/Other: variety pack shake or pudding.
