Fat: 126.80g | Prot: 109.67g | Carb: 293.17g.   Breakfast:  Colorado Omelette with 3 Buttermilk Pancakes, Craisins, Old Fashioned Oats, Pecan Pieces, Light Brown Sugar. Dinner:  Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat), Pepperidge Farm Wheat Sliders Mini Buns, Sun Chips French Onion, Spaten Oktoberfest. Snacks/Other:  Lemon-Lime Soda, XX Lager, Silver Tequila, Limeade frozen concentrated.
