Fat: 126.80g | Prot: 109.67g | Carb: 293.17g.   Breakfast:  Colorado Omelette with 3 Buttermilk Pancakes, Craisins, Light Brown Sugar, Old Fashioned Oats, Pecan Pieces. Dinner:  Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat), Pepperidge Farm Wheat Sliders Mini Buns, Spaten Oktoberfest, Sun Chips French Onion. Snacks/Other:  Lemon-Lime Soda, Limeade frozen concentrated, Silver Tequila, XX Lager.
