Fat: 71.49g | Prot: 67.66g | Carb: 115.26g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Coffee-Mate Italian Sweet Creme Creamer, Truvia Sweetener, Yellow Sweet Peppers, Young Green Onions, Dole Baby Portobello Mushrooms, All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Cheddar Cheese, Omega-3 Extra Large Brown Eggs. Lunch:  loaded baked potato soup. Dinner:  Genuine Steak House Brand Beef Ribeye Steak, Red Table Wine, Alexia Classic French Rolls, Butter, Butterhead Lettuce (Includes Boston and Bibb Types), Alouette Gorgonzola Crumbled Cheese, Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing (Home Recipe), Dole Portobello Mushroom Caps.
