Fat: 81.47g | Prot: 131.56g | Carb: 41.40g.   Breakfast:  Egg Beaters Egg Substitute, Member's Mark Spinach and Asiago Cheese Chicken Sausage, Salsa. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Grilled Chicken, Beef Inside Skirt Steak (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Hard Boiled Eggs, Lite Low Fat Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing. Dinner:  Classic Steak Fajitas. Snacks/Other:  Dark Chocolate Espresso Bits, Sargento Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese Sticks.
