Fat: 48.11g | Prot: 118.75g | Carb: 41.69g.   Breakfast:  cheddar cheese, egg beaters, Spinach and Asiago Cheese Chicken Sausage. Lunch:  cherry tomato, cottage cheese, publix hot wings. Dinner:  butter, sourdough bread, spinach, steelhead trout. Snacks/Other:  Becks smoked tuna dip, Mini Babybel Light Cheese, Sourdough Bread, Town House Flatbread Crisps - Sea Salt and Olive Oil.
