Fat: 48.11g | Prot: 118.75g | Carb: 41.69g.   Breakfast:  egg beaters, Spinach and Asiago Cheese Chicken Sausage, cheddar cheese. Lunch:  publix hot wings, cottage cheese, cherry tomato. Dinner:  steelhead trout, spinach, sourdough bread, butter. Snacks/Other:  Mini Babybel Light Cheese, Sourdough Bread, Becks smoked tuna dip, Town House Flatbread Crisps - Sea Salt and Olive Oil.
