Fat: 64.35g | Prot: 66.83g | Carb: 140.98g.   Breakfast:  quiche. Lunch:  12" Hand Tossed Pepperoni Pizza. Dinner:  bell pepper, brown rice, cheese, ground beef, pinto beans, tomato sauce kroger. Snacks/Other:  2% Fat Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Diet Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), light and fit greek, Non-Dairy Creamer, special k cracker chips, splenda, tea.
