Fat: 67.20g | Prot: 85.47g | Carb: 114.85g.   Breakfast:  poached egg, toast, spicy v8. Lunch:  roast beef, bread, lettuce, cheese, mustard, miracle whip. Dinner:  chicken leg, mustard, Original Bratwurst Chicken Sausage, Hot Dog Buns. Snacks/Other:  tea, Diet Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), Budweiser Beer, Zero Carb.
