Fat: 80.81g | Prot: 87.98g | Carb: 189.99g.   Breakfast:  poached egg, toast, jam. Lunch:  homemade beef soup, bread, lettuce, roast beef, miracle whip, mustard, cheese. Dinner:  hamburger, cheese. Snacks/Other:  Zero Carb, Diet Dr. Pepper (12 oz Can), tea, Budweiser Beer, lava cake dominos.
