Fat: 51.00g | Prot: 62.49g | Carb: 140.72g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Black Cherry Yoghurt Low Fat, Cappuccino, Coffee (Instant), Digestive Bran. Lunch:  BBQ Chicken Fillets 2 Go, Coriander Tortilla Wraps, Herb Salad, Wasabi Mmmayo. Dinner:  Butter, Chicken, Noodle & Corn Soup, Mixed Vegetables, White Gouda. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, P.S Milk Chocolate.
