Fat: 68.80g | Prot: 61.83g | Carb: 280.47g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Bananas, Coffee, Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey, Toast & Peanut Butter Sandwich Crackers, White Sugar (Granulated or Lump). Lunch:  Baked Eggplant Parmesan Stacks, Penne, Vodka Sauce. Dinner:  Pork Fried Rice, Shrimp Dumplings. Snacks/Other:  Baked Cheetos Crunchy Cheese Flavored Snacks, Granola Thins Crispy Squares - Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter, Organic Hummus Classic, Triscuit Minis.
