Lunch:  Tilapia (Fish), Tomatoes, Potatoes (Flesh, Without Salt, Boiled) , Minarine Light. Dinner:  Gouda Jonge Kaas, Bakker Bruin Brood, Fruit Yogurt (Nonfat). Snacks/Other:  Coca-Cola Zero, Cha-Cha, Licorice, Aldi Huggy Bears.
