Fat: 61.01g | Prot: 62.58g | Carb: 235.84g.   Breakfast:  Peperkoek met Parelsuiker, Choco, Coffee, Bruin Brood, So Light, Flax Seeds. Lunch:  Mashed Potatoes (Whole Milk and Butter Added), Chicken and Vegetables in Cream or White Sauce (Diet Frozen Meal), lettuce, dressing. Dinner:  Bruin Brood, Jonge Kaas, Yoghurt Framboos. Snacks/Other:  coffee, Speculoos, Butter Pound Cake, Hard Candies.
