Fat: 26.61g | Prot: 54.38g | Carb: 150.98g.   Breakfast:  Cocoa Wheats Hot Cereal, Agave Nectar, Coffee with Milk and Sugar, Butter (Salted). Lunch:  Flour Tortilla, Sweet Baby Lettuces, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Thousand Island Salad Dressing, Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Diet Mountain Dew (20 oz Bottle). Dinner:  Apple Ginger Hard Cider, Original Hickory Smokehouse Beef Jerky.
