Fat: 26.61g | Prot: 54.38g | Carb: 150.98g.   Breakfast:  Agave Nectar, Butter (Salted), Cocoa Wheats Hot Cereal, Coffee with Milk and Sugar. Lunch:  Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Diet Mountain Dew (20 oz Bottle), Flour Tortilla, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Sweet Baby Lettuces, Thousand Island Salad Dressing. Dinner:  Apple Ginger Hard Cider, Original Hickory Smokehouse Beef Jerky.
