Fat: 24.86g | Prot: 25.35g | Carb: 196.36g.   Breakfast:  365 Organic Steel Cut Oats, Aunt Patty's Organic Blue Agave Syrup, Dole California Seedless Raisins. Lunch:  Broccoli Flower Clusters, Cherry Tomatoes, Kroger Reduced Fat Sour Cream, Mushrooms. Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cooked Corn (from Frozen), Medium Cheddar Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Citron Vodka, M&M's Milk Chocolate M&M's (Package), Simply Limeade.
