Breakfast: Cantaloupe Melons, Sliced Pineapple in Juice, Strawberries. Lunch: Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cucumber (with Peel), Fresh Pasta, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast. Dinner: Lite Matured Gouda Cheese. Snacks/Other: Dark Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Mousse & Caramel Cream, Honey Maid Chocolate Grahams, Marshmallows, Mojito, Strawberries with Sugar.
