Fat: 100.33g | Prot: 102.24g | Carb: 221.20g.   Breakfast:  Benefiber Powder, Butter, Coffee, Cranberry Juice, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Fresh Ham, Fresh Pork Sausage, Hash Brown (from Fresh), Original Powder Creamer, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits, Sugar. Lunch:  Apple, No Bean Chili. Dinner:  Blue & Roquefort Cheese Salad Dressing , Cos or Romaine Lettuce , Cucumber (Peeled) , Island Teriyaki Chicken, Onions . Snacks/Other:  Cupcake with Icing, Fruit Cup, Ham (Whole, Cured, Roasted), Lowfat Cottage Cheese, Peaches, Peanuts.
