Fat: 100.33g | Prot: 102.24g | Carb: 221.20g.   Breakfast:  Sugar, Benefiber Powder, Original Powder Creamer, Coffee, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Hash Brown (from Fresh), Fresh Ham, Fresh Pork Sausage, Plain or Buttermilk Biscuits, Butter, Cranberry Juice. Lunch:  Apple, No Bean Chili. Dinner:  Cos or Romaine Lettuce , Cucumber (Peeled) , Onions , Blue & Roquefort Cheese Salad Dressing , Island Teriyaki Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Fruit Cup, Ham (Whole, Cured, Roasted), Lowfat Cottage Cheese, Peaches, Peanuts, Cupcake with Icing.
