Fat: 88.81g | Prot: 61.14g | Carb: 235.93g.   Breakfast:  Grands Homestyle Buttermilk Biscuits, Scrambled Egg, Country Style Hot Pork Sausage, Red Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Coke Zero. Lunch:  All-American Dog, Tater Tots (Regular), Sweet Ice Tea (Medium). Dinner:  Nachos with Beef, Beans and Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Coke Zero, Original 99% Fat Free Yogurt - Strawberry.
