Fat: 43.08g | Prot: 84.56g | Carb: 164.04g.   Breakfast: banana, chocolate covered pretzels, Chocolate Malt Protein Shake (14 oz), reduced fat peanut butter. Lunch: chocolate covered oreo, donut, stir fry vegetables, turkey slices. Dinner: bud light lime, garden salad with grilled chicken.
