Fat: 116.84g | Prot: 133.95g | Carb: 88.61g.   Breakfast:  100% Whey Protein - Vanilla, Coffee, Milled Flax Seed, Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original, Spinach, Sweetener. Lunch:  Chicken breast, Egg, Kirkland's Co-jack cheese shredded , Trader Joe's Fresh Salsa. Dinner:  American Cheese Slice, Fresh Green Beans, Ground Beef, Spicy Ranch Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Advantage Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bar, Cake Batter Ice Cream (Like It), Classic Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Graham Crackers.
