Fat: 116.84g | Prot: 133.95g | Carb: 88.61g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Milled Flax Seed, Spinach, Sweetener, Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original, 100% Whey Protein - Vanilla. Lunch:  Egg, Trader Joe's Fresh Salsa, Chicken breast, Kirkland's Co-jack cheese shredded . Dinner:  Ground Beef, Spicy Ranch Dressing, American Cheese Slice, Fresh Green Beans. Snacks/Other:  Advantage Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Bar, Cake Batter Ice Cream (Like It), Graham Crackers, Classic Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
