Fat: 64.35g | Prot: 67.51g | Carb: 133.21g.   Breakfast:  Half & Half, cranberries, 2% Fat Milk, Cinnamon Harvest Cereal. Lunch:  Olive Oil, Mixed Greens, pecans, jasmine rice, chicken, Avacado. Dinner:  Pork Chop, green bean casserole, Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Sourdough wheat bread, Apple Butter.
