Fat: 117.42g | Prot: 103.28g | Carb: 140.02g.   Breakfast:  almond milk vanilla, egg, mixed berries, whole wheat bread. Lunch:  baked lays, Chicken Wing Meat and Skin (Broilers or Fryers), palmetto cheese. Dinner:  basmati, Cheddar Cheese, salmon. Snacks/Other:  Lindor Truffle Balls.
