Dinner:  Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh), Olive Oil, White Rice, No Name Canned Black Beans, Athenos Natural Crumbled Feta Cheese, Roma Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  M&M's Milk Chocolate M&M's, Colby Jack Cheese.
