Lunch:  cucumber, cucumber, Grilled Chicken, Grilled Chicken, lemon juice, lemon juice, mixed greens, mixed greens, red peppars, red peppars, tomatoes, tomatoes. Dinner:  Athenos Natural Crumbled Feta Cheese, Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh), No Name Canned Black Beans, Olive Oil, Roma Tomatoes, White Rice. Snacks/Other:  Colby Jack Cheese, M&M's Milk Chocolate M&M's.
