Fat: 65.58g | Prot: 68.21g | Carb: 70.96g.   Breakfast:  California Avocados, Multigrain Bread. Lunch:  cucumber, lemon juice, mixed greens, Publix Crumbled Blue Cheese, red peppars, tomatoes, Wish-Bone Italian Salad Dressing. Dinner:  Light Mayonnaise, Mixed Salad Greens, Olive Oil, Pine Nuts (Pignolias), White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned). Snacks/Other:  Taffy.
