Fat: 134.92g | Prot: 114.85g | Carb: 130.36g.   Breakfast:  Multigrain Bread, Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Cheese Wedges. Lunch:  lemon juice, tomatoes, cucumber, red peppars, mixed greens, Grilled Chicken, Olive Oil, Feta Cheese. Dinner:  Shrimp, White Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Cheese Flavor Popcorn, Quesadilla with Poultry and Cheese, Nachos with Cheese and Sour Cream.
