Fat: 134.92g | Prot: 114.85g | Carb: 130.36g.   Breakfast:  Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss Cheese Wedges, Multigrain Bread. Lunch:  cucumber, Feta Cheese, Grilled Chicken, lemon juice, mixed greens, Olive Oil, red peppars, tomatoes. Dinner:  Shrimp, White Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  Cheese Flavor Popcorn, Nachos with Cheese and Sour Cream, Quesadilla with Poultry and Cheese.
